We delve to find answers to complex questions like the asymmetric power relationships, and the sparse participation of women in strategic decision making Jobs. To stops in the aspects of economic efficiency and instrumental culture, also suggests adding the gender perspective to a transdisciplinary view, and give a complete account of the reconfiguration of working spaces, and the daily organizational dynamic.
