Technological advances have opened a gap in relation to traditional models to run a company, it is an obvious fact that from the tools that have appeared in recent years, entrepreneurs have been able to take advantage of this opportunity and turn them into economic profitability, generated individual, corporate and collective benefit within society. For this reason, the Red Cross Provincial Board of Pastaza was taken as a reference in this investigation, in order to evaluate the results obtained with the implementation of a technological tool within the inventory control system process; since previously the institution did not have a system according to its needs, which impaired its good performance.
