The study of the norm is a topic that does not lose its validity despite the passage of time, and although this passes, it is still theorized today by authors such as Herbert Hart, Norberto Bobbio and Luigi Ferrajoli, who have dealt with the problem of the norm in a general way in the world of legal phenomena. The analysis of the norm is transcendental not only because of the consequences, but when a norm is unknown or misinterpreted, the error of prohibition is generated in criminal law, which must be avoided.
