Accessibility is a fundamental right of people with physical disabilities. The general objective of the work is to address the rights of people with disabilities and their violation regarding their access to public transportation in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this period, this problem has been accentuated due to non-compliance with the regulations that establish these rights or the security measures to face the pandemic.
