This article focuses on analyzing the violation of the inherent rights of persons with disabilities, specifically the violation of mobility, work and discrimination suffered by this group of priority attention, despite the recognition of rights in national and international norms and laws. The approach of the research was carried out through the qualitative modality, making a bibliographic review of analogous research, as well as national and international regulations regarding the human rights of persons with disabilities, in order to determine the progressive recognition that has occurred over the years in order to identify the factors that have not allowed the full enjoyment of these rights.
