This scientific article explores the situations of migrant children, a vulnerable group in Ecuadorian society. The work was based on the collection of information for later analysis. These minors, from the course of mobility until the moment they manage to settle in the Ecuadorian state, present problems that violate the rights guaranteed by the Ecuadorian state itself. The methodology was based on a qualitative study with analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods, being that the results were based on research carried out on the subject regarding migrant children and on the legislation of Ecuador and the agreements to which Ecuador is subscribed.
