Abstract

This study corresponds to the sanction of conduct in acts of non-compliance with obligations in labor matters, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, whose objective is to determine the particularities of labor offenses. Non-experimental descriptive research and theoretical and empirical methods were used. The results obtained were related to the classification of behaviors that would be committed in the workplace. It is concluded that it is important to strengthen the regulations in accordance with the fundamental principles and Legal Security to determine the appropriate sanctions in cases of fraud in labor matters.
