In this work, the theoretical foundations that support the approach to malnutrition problems and its repercussions on the development of knowledge in kindergarten children are presented, as well as the perspective of different authors regarding said problem, so that a research protocol is proposed that conceives a proposal for the design of an educational strategy to address malnutrition problems and its impact on the development of knowledge in the children of the “Niños Héroes” kindergarten in the Metlapa community of Iguala, Guerrero.
