This paper brings forth a complexity therapy, something that does not exist, as yet. Whereas there are numerous works linking complexity and the health sciences on the one side, as well as complexity and the life sciences on the other hand -along with the interplay between complexity and the social and human sciences-, there is no work up until now whatever its character dealing with the relationship between therapy and complexity theory. This paper claims that a complexity therapy enhances the development of health and life, shifting thus the focus away from just troubles, sickness and limitations. After a short review of the general panorama of therapies, complexity therapy is outlined based on three main features. At the end some open-ended conclusions are drawn.
