The main objective of this research was to analyze an explanatory model of juvenile masculinity and its relationship with the disposition to delinquency, schooling and interest in sociocultural extracurricular activities. Quantitative research used a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design, through the application of measurement scales in a sample of 172 young people at risk of crime between the ages of 14 and 25 participating in the Youth for Equality program. SUPERA-USAID in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The modeling of structural equations was used through the AMOS version 21 to analyze the information. The results include the positive relationship between the years of study (B = .25, p = .026) and interest in sociocultural activities (B = .29, p = .026) with expressions of juvenile egalitarian masculinity, and subsequently masculinity egalitarian youth has a negative impact on the disposition to juvenile delinquency (B = -.52, p = .026), that is, between greater expressions of a traditional juvenile masculinity greater disposition to juvenile delinquency (CFI = .95, TLI = .931, RMSEA = .043, gl = .87, Square Chi = 114.3).
