Abstract

The institutional conditions that enable the development of multidisciplinary postgraduate programs within the Center for Research and Advanced Studies or Cinvestav, of the National Polytechnic Institute, are identified and analyzed in this study, in order to understand how transdisciplinary guidance can be implemented to train doctors. This analysis is based on the network and knowledge transdisciplinary production approach. Context and aspects from the institutional culture of the training programs herein mentioned are taken into account. The work was conducted through focus groups and one-to-one interviews to faculty and alumni.
