Philosophy is the seeked science, but it also is the one that must be found. It seems, in our foggy times, that everything that does not fit in sciences or the arts is named «Philosophy», without adding anything else. Now we live in a jumble of «second philosophies» in which we should ask if they really second something. We must return, therefore, to treat Philosophy as a first Philosophy. But we must do it in a radical and new way. That is why I will present what Philosophy is for Xavier Zubiri and I will argue that philosophy is a metaphysical knowledge of the physical things.
