The study was performed in the facilities of the Graduate College of Agricultural Sciences, Campus Montecillo and developed in different phases. The first was Campbells connect a weather station with a server and install the necessary steps to obtain measurements of meteorological elements and store them in a MySQL database applications. Subsequently a website aiming to provide data needed to perform water balance was created. The data is stored in data tables contained in the database manager MySQL (Kofler, 2005) data. The last interface was to implement the messaging service through a cell at the time that irrigation is required.
