The integral development and the management of natural resources and the environment represent one of the central concerns of development in recent years. Changes in land use and vegetation are the best indicators of how this has seized the environment, it is also the result of the interaction of natural factors and human factors, so it is important to know what the human practices associated with physical and natural in the context of the provision of infrastructure, conditions analyzed from the perspective of changes in land use and vegetation and the impact they bring to the people of the communities of the Sierra Norte of Puebla and its contribution to regional development.
