In its first section, the article deals with the delimitation of the fields of knowledge in which, unfortunately, we are trained. The second section expands on these reflections in the light of the Philosophy of Culture, inquiring into one of its foundational milestones to conclude in the de-territorialization of the knowledge of the Philosophy of Culture. The objective is the recognition of the Philosophy of Culture as a field of cosmopolitanism, a theoretical ecumenism, thematic par excellence, a melting pot of origins, an example of supplementary schools and sets of problems, considering that its distinctive feature is the stubbornness of its as such "object" -culture- that is unseizable, undisciplined and undisciplinable.
