The conception of democracy nowadays must take into consideration certain elements in order to be considered a so called democracy of quality. The factors are; accountability, the level of corruption perception and transparency. This writing will analyze the transparency evaluation of trade unions and political parties that receive and make use of public resources. The objective is to verify whether Mexico satisfies transparency as an element of a democracy of quality. A descriptive statistical study will be carried out based on the theories of the quality of democracy and transparency, low compliance with the obligations in the matter is demonstrated, despite the solid regulatory body that exists. The writing concludes that, currently, Mexico is no longer in a consolidation stage, but rather in the process of transition towards a democracy of quality.
