This text reflects about the way in which non-judicial or jurisdictional organism for the protection of human rights, specifically in Mexico, function as entities that contribute to the justiciability of the right of health, considering them as a possible alternative in a democratic society, to the possible gaps that may exist in the judicial mechanisms. The sophistication of this type of safeguards could be the key of the vault that would increase the levels of protections of social rights such the right of health.
