This paper analyzes the current situation of migrant workers, regarding the corresponding legal framework. Afterwards a classification is proposed to reveal the increase of the migrant plurality. The conclusion indicates that there is a real need to tackle the phenomenon with integrality, addressing the attention to the current plurality of migrant workers, in order to reach legal solutions to provide protection to their needs.
