This paper analyses the regulation in argentine law of the application of foreign law in multinational cases of private law. In order to address this purpose we will observe this problem from the prism of access to justice, especially considering the intersections between private international law and human rights. Particularly, we will take into consideration the place of the effective application of foreign law to cases with international components, ever since this paradigm is a prism of analysis for specific cases, as well as the vertebral axis of the architectonic scheme that crosses the new regulation of the private relations in the argentine legal order.
