Cyber-security has become one of the most important issues for the international community since States’ dependence on information and communication technologies and consequently its vulnerability has increased. Therefore, to determine how the ius ad bellum, this is the norms that regulate the use of force in the international context, is applied to cyberspace is essential. In this work different aspects of this issue are explored.
