This paper aims to develop a brief analysis of the treatment and determination of physical violence by international law. For this, we present a study of this delimitation in different international treaties on this issue. We use qualitative and quantitative analysis criteria, as well as the universal and relative criteria, based on the intensity of the suffering, in the determination of victims and perpetrators, among other factors.
