The author analyzes the notion of aggression in the United Nations Charter (UN) and the definition of aggression by the UN General Assembly. He also analyzes the problems for the incorporation of the crime of aggression in the Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the results of the Conference of States Parties incorporating such crime in the Statute of the ICC.
