This work is about of a legal-political international analysis of the historical happening and current state that keep the debates and proposals around the definition from the act and crime of aggression, as well as of the main obstacles which it has faced and it will be followed faced the community to reach the political agreements necessary to adopt a precise and binding definition on the crime at issue.
