Results: in the community’s vision, there is a strong need to increase social cohesion by rescuing traditional elements and including more modern aspects due people consider the reserve civil servants’ vision insufficient to address the local context. Limitations: the study was based on subjective well-being, which does not widely reflect evaluations on material indicators.
