In recent years, Sonora's population has experienced changes in eating habits as new types of food, such as so-called international food, have been gradually introduced into the local diet. The intensity with which these foods have burst into modern daily life has motivated a significant number of consumers to include them in their diet. This paper presents a detailed analysis of the attitudes, habits and preferences that consumers in Sonora express regarding international food. After descriptive, multivariate analysis and associations between variables, a consumer profile is identified, which allows extraction of relevant information for evaluating likelihood of consumption.
