Three new species of the genus Cryptocanthon Balthasar from the Colombian Andes are described: C. encenillensis sp. nov. and C. cephalopunctatus sp. nov. from the eastern cordillera, and C. mailinae sp. nov. from the western cordillera. Images of the dorsal habitus of all the Colombian species, diagnostic characters of the new species, external morphological characters and male genitalia, as well as geographical distribution data, notes on the conservation status of the species and an updated key are provided. With 15 species, Colombia is the country with the highest richness of the genus.
