Resumen
CARBAJAL-MARQUEZ, Rubén Alonso y QUINTERO-DIAZ, Gustavo Ernesto. New populations of Sceloporus goldmani (Squamata: Phrynosomatidae), species considered extinct. Rev. Mex. Biodiv. [online]. 2016, vol.87, n.4, pp.1395-1398. ISSN 2007-8706. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.rmb.2016.09.002.
New populations of the lizard Sceloporus goldmani, from Aguascalientes, Jalisco and Zacatecas, México, representing new state records are reported. Additionally, a new locality for San Luis Potosí and the altitudinal record for the species. This species was believed extinct due to the failure to find specimens recently, so the populations previously reported in the states of Coahuila, Nuevo León and San Luis Potosí have probably been extirpated due to habitat destruction.
Palabras llave : Sceloporus scalaris complex; Goldman's bunchgrass lizard.
