Abstract

In this study we reported 17 new localities of the distribution of Moore´s Frog Lithobates johniin Hidalgo, Mexico. These records are placed within the Sierra Madre Oriental and Gulf of Mexico. In addition, this note includes some general aspects of the natural history of the species, such as habitat and microhabitat when the species occurs.
