A new record of Oncifelis colocolo in the Pantanal region, Brazil, is presented in this paper. Three specimens were observed and documented by a videocamera at night on July 29 2003 in the “Fazenda San Francisco”, located on the left bark of Miranda river, 36 km to the west of Miranda city, in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul.
