Abstract
GOMEZ, Elizabeth; CONTRERAS-ORDONEZ, Guadalupe and TOSCANO, Rubén A.. Synthesis of Monomeric and Dimeric Siloxanes Derived of β-Aminoalcohols. J. Mex. Chem. Soc [online]. 2007, vol.51, n.1, pp.03-07. ISSN 1870-249X.
The preparation and structural characterization of dimeric and monomeric siloxanes are described. The silicon complexes were obtained from β-amino alcohols and dichlorodimethylsilane, bisdimethylaminodimethylsilane and diphenyldichlorosilane. The complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C and 29Si NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The X-ray crystallography study for one compound confirmed the formation of a sixteen-membered heterocycle.
Keywords : Siloxanes; 29Si NMR; X-ray crystallography; aminoalcohols.
