Based on the contents and scope of the National Security and Public Security, and their respective coercive instruments in Mexico, it is intended to demonstrate that the definition is characterized by its ambiguity, generating confusion among the different security categories within Mexico and, therefore, contributes to consolidate the systematic violation of Human Rights, by abusing the use of armed forces as a response from the State.
