Resumen

MORALES MORENO, Humberto; AYALA CORONA, José Luis  y  CURIEL TEJEDA, Rubén Alberto. Administration of Justice, Human Rights and Access of Information in Mexico: A Brief History and Recent Challanges. Rev. IUS [online]. 2019, vol.13, n.43, pp.231-244. ISSN 1870-2147.

In this article we give an account of the Institutional Evolution of the Administration of Justice in Mexico since the Viceregal period. We distinguish the ordinary justice of the extraordinary jurisdiction that gradually led to the current incorporation of the doctrine of Human Rights into the jurisdiction scope. We insist on a transition of laws between the viceroyalty and the long Nineteenth Century that went on until the Mexican Revolution of 1910, with the incorporation of Social Rights under a Guarantee model. Finally, we report some cases of progress in access of information as a fundamental right of the Twenty-First Century.
