The social State is based on the fact that the organization of the State must be inspired by social policies, starting with the explicit recognition of social rights and tools that they need to function. It is also based on certain values and legal-political principles. This article analyzes the precursor formation of social constitutionalism in the Constitution of Queretaro of 1917 and its influence on the Argentine nation.
