Abstract

CERVANTES FLORES, Miguel Ángel. Municipal administrative justice in Mexico. Rev. IUS [online]. 2013, vol.7, n.32, pp.191-209. ISSN 1870-2147.

The constitutional reform to the article 115 published in the Official Journal of the Federation on December 23, 1999, stated that in laws, in municipal matter, issued by local legislatures, one of its objects will be including "the means for contesting and the organs to resolve the controversies between administration and individuals, subject to the principles of equality, publicity, hearing and legality". In this article, we inquire on administrative justice established by Mexican municipalities.
