Abstract

Changes that humanity has had in recent years, show a world so in need of regulations, due to social changes as a result of globalization. In the face of the so-called the third scientific and technical revolution, we need to look at fundamental institutions of civil law, which are impacted by scientific developments, globalization and global opening.
