When the item of gender equity and its impact on women and men relations are anlyzed, it is relevant take in account what kind of factors have stopped, at the beginning, or subsequently restricted the women rights. The objective of this article is to discuss about those topics and give ideas and opinions to understand the limits to a real and formal gender equity.
