The monitoring of more than 3 years, allows presenting some information and proposals to establish as part of the cancer treatment protocols in our population, based on the literature review. It is emphasized the importance of timely intervention in the multidisciplinary groups, installing stomatologic strategies before, during and after the application of ionizing radiation and the need to disclose the characteristics and indications that these patients have, for a dental care that can not be considered conventional.
