The objective of this article is to understand how the actresses and actors who have represented Eva Perón in the cinema and in the theater of Buenos Aires between 1983 and 2014 constructed the figure starting from historical archives, to evoke this personage from their historical and political baggage, as well as from their previous professional experiences. In order to analyze this phenomenon it is fruitful to consider the concepts of recollection-images (Bergson, 2006), affection-image (Deleuze, 2013), memory (Deleuze, 2012), aura (Benjamin, 2015), spectrality (Carlson, 2009), history (White, 1992) and punctum and spectrum (Barthes, 1995), and to analyze the poetic intentions of the directors of each piece, and the testimonies of the actors and actresses who approached her figure, and how they were affected and emotional by the historical character and in turn produced an affection on the viewer.
