The objective of this work is to contribute to the creation of knowledge and awareness of domestic violence of women against men, between the young heterosexuals from Baja California. With that purpose, are presented some background studies carried out at the international and national context, and it is analysed this problematic in the bajacalifornian scene, based on empirical elements available on the entity. The findings of most interest include the high incidence of violence against young people in this part of the North border of Mexico, socio-demographic and sociopsychological characteristics associated with the mentioned situation and the emergence of new questions about this transcendent issue.
