The cinematographic art has reflected, since his beginnings, the queer speech and aesthetics and has turned into one of the most important representations of his experience. Stonewall, My name is Harvey Milk and Philadelphia have drawn the path of the American gay rights movement, placed in three decades of high recall, from the perspective of their producers. Nevertheless, behind of what the image narrates, hides the tale of three special moments for the homosexual group, which discovers that the power and the law, besides of being masculine, are heterosexual and, likewise, legislate.
