One of the major social problems faced Mexico is gender discrimination; long various aspects such as traditions and culture have influenced this problem. It is therefore that this research looks at the evolution of women towards gender equality using the variables educational enrollment and integration into the labor market. In addition to considering the importance of the state as an entity that, by implementing public policies and constitutional rights, seeks to reduce the inequality between men and women.1
