It makes no sense to deal with labor reforms without taking into account the specific conditions of each country. International organizations must respect these circumstances as such reforms concern only the country involved or regional agreements, as the European Union. The author examines the development of reforms in different parts of the world in order to offer an insight on Mexican case.
