In recent times vast layers in Latin America society have felt disappointed because of macroeconomic reforms results, as well as of democratic process and institutional performance of governments and political parties. The authors examine the need to review the development strategy and to create a regional agenda to achieve an economic growth equity, inclusion and social unity.
