The purpose of this paper deals with a typology which differentiates charismatic, administrative and leaders of in the (PRD) leaders. The evolution of the rupture and reformist views, forms and step to the formation of fractions were analyzed. The strength of the leading founders stands to forge a formal and informal influence (charismatic leader, national president, prime minister and presidential candidate), general secretariat, national coordination presidential and senators: the arrival of presidents national administrative qualities, while the predominance of the New Left fraction in key positions are identified. Motivations (office seekers and seekers parliamentary) in the cabinet of the Federal District government in four administrations also located. Finally the output of Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas and Andrés Manuel López Obrador therefore electoral and ideological differences as the initial effect of the raid MORENA in the party system is discussed.
