Around the period between 1948 and 1958 has written several findings that even today keep alive the debate about the merits and excesses of the military governments that ruled the fate of Venezuela during those years. Based on the theoretical rules of modern praetorianism, explaining the political and ideological process that led to a group of military officers as to the actual takeover, thus carrying out their own version authoritarian modernization.
