Responsible Communication perspective and the communicative practice of an educational organization, we used a method of Differentiated Semantic Scales on a sample, using criteria defined by the Institute of Socio-Economy of Companies and Organizations (ISEOR) in its intervention model to find hidden costs. We conclude by analyzing the importance of having good communication practices in organizations, after finding discrepancies between what is stated in the perspective and the actual practice of responsible communication in the organization under study herein.
