BERTELY-BUSQUETS, María. Neoliberal Policies and Their Effect on Territory in Mexico: Some Reasons for Other Education. LiminaR [online]. 2016, vol.14, n.1, pp.30-46. ISSN 2007-8900.
This article analyzes the relation between certain programs devoted to the reduction of poverty and an inductive educational process that increases it by separating indigenous and peasant producers from their means of production.. Considering the trajectory of an ethnic-political organization gestated in Chiapas, Mexico, as well as the recent experiences of nations refounded as "plurinational states", the diverse scenarios of dispute over territory show how recognizing society and nature as integrated supports the recognition of Society and Nature as an integral whole the construction of other education forms. In this context, "the syntactic perspective of culture" contributes to the defense of rights weakened by neoliberal policies in Mexico.
