Resumen

In agreement to the federal system of 1824, states were authorized to organize their internal government and, therefore, the judicial thing. In this context, the zacatecanos legislators conceived the judiciary and his imparting on behalf of the State and under the formula of the law, but what law were they referring? The answer is located in the deliberations of the Congress, on the development of a code to summarize and standardize the legislative bodies and project a legalistic justice. This project of codification was slowly to realize because of the persistence of juridical practices of the old regime in the villages that was inconceivable that a new juridical legalistic order was imposing.
