MARTINEZ-HERNANDEZ, Aldo Adrián y BOHIGUES, Asbel. The Turn to the Left in the Latin American Parliaments: When and How did it Happened?. Polít. gob [online]. 2019, vol.26, n.1, pp.93-115. Epub 26-Jun-2020. ISSN 1665-2037.
In recent decades, Latin America has gone through a left turn, and nowadays it looks as if there is right turn. Nevertheless, the analysis of these turns has been focused on presidencies, leaving out the situation of Legislative Powers. In this work we pay attention to the alleged turn to the left in Latin American Parliaments, with the purpose of identifying when this turn occurred, and if it took place all over the region. In that sense, we consider the attitudes and preferences of deputies during the last twenty years of political change.
