Abstract

We call the subject’s indignant practice referred to the specific notion of the social actor and subject of enunciative action who demands dignity and respect as a citizen, and seeks to transform the management policies for civil rights and equity. This subject uses the language in a strategical and political manner. To explain it, we related the moral system of the Ars rhetorica and the semiotic practices of the outraged subject. We reconstruct this system by the recension of Aristotle’s Art of Rhetoric, and two works by Heinrich Lausberg and Esther Paglialunga. Our theoretical framework was based on The Fontanille, Greimas and Courtés’s concepts of semiotic practices, the fundamentals of the Fontanille and Greimas’s theory of passion and conceptual insights on Ideology and Discourse.
